Fan Troubleshooting
Excessive Vibration and Noise
•	Belts too loose (worn or oily belts)
•	Speed too high
•	Damaged or unbalanced wheel
•	Bearings need lubrication or replacement
•	Fan Surge
•	Incorrect direction of rotation. Make sure the fan rotates in the right direction as per the indication of the arrows on the fan. 
Over heated Motor
•	Motor improperly wired
•	Cooling air diverted or blocked
•	Improper inlet clearance
•	Incorrect fan Speed (RPM)
•	Incorrect direction of rotation. Make sure the fan rotates in the right direction as per the indication of the arrows on the fan.
•	Incorrect Voltage
Over Heated Bearings
•	Improper bearing lubrication
•	Excessive belt tension
